the small mechanical device that provided me and my friends much enjoyment has become permanently lame.

my digital camera that i took the pictures for my profile's LCD screen is cracked. thus it is now limited to "guess and shoot" sort of pictures. which, while it has its use, it will never be the same.

It is a sad loss as it was a graduation gift from my grandparents. but i will still keep it because, well, thats just the kind of sentimental pack-rat that i am.

in other and much happier news i am now in a relationship with a lovely young music-education major named Enid Smith.

we met last Valentine's day but we only really got to know each other around the middle of october. we became "official" on the 5th of november, which i kinda think is neat. oh i shall remember, remember that 5th of november

she is smart, sarcastic, funny, and beautifully distracting. she and i's oddity fit together so well, it actually is really quite refreshing. her family is fun as well and from the small time i've spent with them i feel welcome in their home.
